+Why is the program changing?

Current members have said they wanted to have an easier way to receive health and wellness information as well as free product. With this in mind, we have introduced The PURELL Wellness Incentives Program.

The PURELL® Wellness Incentives Program is designed to provide you with product offers and news, health and wellness information and the opportunity to share your opinions and insights.

+ What is the new program?

The PURELL® Wellness Incentives Program is designed to provide you with product offers and news, health and wellness information and the opportunity to share your opinions and insights.

+ How is the new program different?

The PURELL® Wellness Incentives Program is not a point-based program. You will no longer have to log into an account to earn points. Instead, The PURELL Wellness Incentives Program is designed to easily connect you to the PURELL brand. We will periodically send you product offers and news, health and wellness information and short surveys to provide us with feedback on our products.

+ How do I sign up for the program?

Signing up for The PURELL® Wellness Incentives Program is easy. Go to www.purell.com/loyalty and complete the short registration form.

+ As a current Loyalty program member am I automatically enrolled in the new program?

Yes. If you would like to opt out of the program, please click on the opt-out link on the email that was sent to you on Monday, Feb. 22, 2016, or any previous email you've received as a member of our Loyalty program.

+ Can I earn points for signing up for the new program?

No. You cannot earn points by signing up for The PURELL® Wellness Incentives Program.

+ Do I receive incentives for referring people to the new program?

No. However, we encourage you to share with your own inner circle information about The PURELL® Wellness Incentives Program and encourage them to sign up at www.purell.com/loyalty in order to gain exclusive benefits from us.

+ Is the PURELL® Wellness Incentives Program open to only current Loyalty program members?

No. Anyone over the age of 18 who is a United States or Canadian resident can sign up for The PURELL® Wellness Incentives Program. Simply go to www.purell.com/loyalty and complete the short registration form.

+ Who can participate in the PURELL® Wellness Incentives Program?

The PURELL® Wellness Incentives Program is open to any U.S. or Canada resident 18 years of age or older.

+ How do I earn points in the new program?

The PURELL® Wellness Incentives Program is no longer a point-based program. Instead, The PURELL Wellness Incentives Program is is designed to provide you with product offers and news, health and wellness information and the opportunity to share your opinions and insights.

+ What will happen to the points I have earned as part of the current Loyalty program?

You have until Thursday, March 31, 2016, to earn points. All points earned must be redeemed by Saturday, April 30, 2016.

+ Once I redeem my current points, when will my items arrive?

Items claimed by April 30, 2016, will take approximately six to eight weeks to process.

+ Will gift cards still be available in April?

Yes. If enough points are earned, gift cards will be available to be claimed starting April 1, 2016.

+ How can I stay connected to the PURELL® brand?

There are numerous ways to stay connected with the PURELL® brand. You can sign up for The PURELL Wellness Incentives Program as well as connect with us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
